The reason you're fat ... and it might not entirely be your fault. While there are some conditions we can (and should) control there are some things that are working against us. Food addictions (not eating disorders) is a real thing that most overlook. What science has done to make food abundantly available is great BUT... they are largely to blame for metabolic disorders, endocrine system disruption, sleep disorders, weight issues, and the list goes on. We cover some tactics and approaches to getting to the bottom of it all on this show. 👊🏼
